    serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned place
    of work, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
    KNOWLEDGE OF SLOVAK AND FRENCH WINES IS A MUST!

Job requirements
  • Education requirements:
    secondary school with A-levels
  • Education area:
    BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or wine related field, preferably from hotel school or MBA.
  • Language skills requirements:
    • Slovak - advanced
    • English - advanced
    Competency in all defined languages
  • Required experience:
    3-5 years
  • Additional information about work experience:
    Minimum 2 years in F&B service role.
    Certified with at least WSET level 1 or equivalent.

    Excellent knowledge of wine, wine market, global trends, wine & food pairing and wine production.

    Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
    Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
    Ability to operate computer and office equipment.
    Proficiency in Excel and Word is beneficial.

    Eligible for a working permit in country of hire.
